Bethan is a Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience supporting people through change.
She has worked with adults, teenagers, couples and families to transform their lives. Her work supports individuals and families to create balance so that life is easier. Bethan is a former therapist in Pieta House and has worked in addiction and homeless services supporting people through trauma.
Bethan’s personal and professional experience has taught her that we all experience ups and downs in life. But with the right support, it’s possible for life to be balanced.
When Bethan became a parent, she wasn’t the Mum she thought she’d be. She found she was anxious and overwhelmed and wanted to know what was happening. This took Bethan on a wild ride of self development and led her to cultivate the skills and qualities of compassion in her life. Over a decade later, life is balanced and the family of five are in their flow.
Bethan is Mum of three and is based in Blarney Co. Cork, Ireland. When she has free time Bethan loves being in the garden as she finds it’s a great place to unwind, relax, read, listen to music and to simply switch off. She loves a good charity shop and tries as hard as possible to live a zero waste life.
