    I bought this planner for my teenage daughter. She enjoys listening to Bethans voice as she settles for bed, the meditations and videos are a fantastic dimension to the planner. She uses the planner as a journal and she finds the prompts helpful as she sorts through the challenges of teenage life.

    I’m so glad I treated myself to this self care planner. I’ve really enjoyed each section in the evenings with a cup of tea. I spend the next day reflecting on what I have learnt the previous evening. The layout of the book is so pretty I can’t help but picking it up. The videos are great and keeps me glued to what the author has to say. I’ve recommended this book to anyone who wants to treat themselves to some self care.

    I love this beautifully illustrated planner. It makes me happy just to look at it and always prompts me to smile. It helps me to focus on my self care and is filled with lots of suggestions and reminders. I think it is a great gift idea and it feels really good to know that I am spreading the message of self care
