Therapy is a powerful way to change what you’re finding difficult and creating the emotional balance and overcome problems. I incorporate the many therapy styles including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Person Centred Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Trauma Informed therapy. There is no one size fits all and I will draw on my 15 years experience working with people to help you transform.
