I provide Psychotherapy Services in-person or online. I work therapeutically with individuals, couples and adolescents who are looking for change.
Psychotherapy is a talking therapy where we explore what’s going on in a person’s life. Talking therapy is a powerful way to change what you’re finding difficult and creating the emotional balance and overcome problems. I incorporate the many therapy styles including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Person Centred Therapy, Attachment Therapy and Trauma informed therapy.
I work with a range of issues including:
