‘Tis not necessarily the season to be jolly

Fa la la la la, la la la laaaa.

Do your moods go up and down around this time?  If Christmas is a hard time for you, think about what you can do to support yourself.  Keep the basics going – eat regularly and well, drink little or not at all, be with people who you want to be with, limit time with those you don’t.  Make your environment as supportive as possible.

People are missed at this time, loneliness can become crippling (even when with family) and things can be hard.  If this sounds familiar talk to someone, let someone know that you are needing support.
