Bethan is a psychotherapist who has been helping teens, children, and families for more than twenty years. She helps helps families have calmer lives by supporting parents and children.

Bethan now helps parents with their children’s challenging behaviour, emotions, and mental health through her private therapy practice, Parenting Consultations, and her online support group, The Calm Parenting Community.

She knows parents can make a big difference in their children’s lives and wants to share her knowledge to reduce their stress and make things better at home.

Bethan helps parents with a wide range of issues, from dealing with angry toddlers, sleep, eating, constipation, and bladder concerns to challenges like ADHD, anxiety, autism, raising teens, school refusal and depression.

,Bethan is Mum of three and her practice is in Blarney Co. Cork, Ireland.  When she has free time Bethan loves being in the garden as she finds it’s a great place to unwind, relax, read, listen to music and to simply switch off.  She loves a good charity shop and tries as hard as possible to live a zero waste life.
