You’ll learn strategies and tips to help you guide your teen and tween through this precarious time in their life, know how to help your child overcome problems and manage those big feelings for a calm and happy family life.

Parenting is hard, frustrating, exhausting, busy (feel free to add your own!) and in this workshop I’ll share what you need to know to keep yourself calm when you’re feeling up against it.

We know that children model parents behaviour, so let’s help you with what you find hard…because calmness is catching too.
