Parenting Support & Advice

I’ve been working with families for over eighteen years now, so don’t worry, there’s nothing so bad we can’t work through it together.  I’ll help you create strategies for managing behaviours and emotions that are a worry or difficult to manage.  I help families through all kinds of difficulties including:

  • Teens who can’t/won’t go to school (school refusal)
  • Querying diagnosis/received diagnosis
  • Anger
  • Anxiety
  • Sleep
  • Separation anxiety
  • Confidence
  • Hitting/biting
  • Self-harm
  • Friendship difficulties
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • depression/low moods
  • Teen emotions
  • Bowel movements/toiletting.

Things don’t have to be bad to want support. Everyone needs parenting support, advice and reassurance.  It’s important for parents to continue to learn and enhance their skills to ensure they are supporting their child’s development. Through my advice and support, you will understand what to do and say to support your child, so that the relationship you have with them is the one you want and deserve.
